In-home meeting – A designer will meet you in your home to become familiar with your space, discuss your ideas, provide input, and answer any questions. A cost estimate will be given and if you would like to commit to a design agreement, measurements and photos will be taken.
Design Agreement –Kitchen Design Services offers three flat rate design packages depending on your needs. FLAT RATE DESIGN
Design Plan/Layout – A designer will provide photorealistic CAD perspective drawings for kitchens and/or other rooms showing floor plans and elevations with kitchen cabinetry and appliances.
Cabinetry – We offer stylish, made-to-order cabinetry with exceptional finishes for you to choose. A designer will provide product knowledge on custom cabinetry and recommendations on door styles, finishes, and wood species. All of our kitchen cabinets are manufactured in USA or Canada.
Material Selection – If you prefer, a kitchen designer will collaborate with you and professionally select materials such as countertops, flooring, fixtures, accessories, and color palette to create the beautiful custom kitchen you desire.
Resource Guidance – We can provide referrals for project related fields such as: contractors, installers, and architects. We work closely with contractors and installers to make sure they have all the details to ensure a smooth install process.
Onsite Support – We personally receive the cabinets at your home to make sure everything on order has arrived. We also periodically make site visits to make sure the installation process is going smoothly and to address any issues. After the project is completed, we often like to take professional photos to share with you and our clients.
